About Us
Swami Vivekananda Indian Revival Movement has its genesis in the Vivekananda Youth Forum run by Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysuru. A group of volunteers who were a part of the Vivekananda Youth Forum used to visit nearby villages and spend time teaching the rural children. Then it appeared to us that this work has a bigger scope. In the year 2011, the volunteers registered Swami Vivekananda Indian Revival Movement as a Trust.
Our main focus area is rural children education.

Registered as a Charitable Trust in Mysuru (Karnataka), the organization has 5 trustees from different backgrounds who oversee the operations of the Organization.

Rural Focus
Our focus is on the rural regions where the villagers are usually isolated from the mainstream.
Education
We work with the Government schools and try to help the children improve.

Scholarships for the needy students.

"Daridra Devo Bhava" We reach out to people in distress and try to mitigate their sufferings.
